What is Verdecreto?

It is a 100% permeable concrete pavement. It is a product of mixing traditional concrete without sand and the VERDECRETO additive, which results in a very dry, easy-to-cast mixture that, when set, leaves a granular-looking folder, very porous and with 100% permeability to liquids. It is a technology 100% developed in Mexico, patented, which has been exported to several countries for 9 years.

Advantages:

It is the only ecological pavement, 100% healthy for the environment since it allows the free infiltration of rainwater into the subsoil without causing puddles, potholes or deformations of the carpet due to an innovative construction method of its bases with vibro-compacted gravel.

Construction System

Consisting of a group of absorption pits excavated on the compacted ground, filled with boleos in diameters of 3 to 4 inches and two layers of stone aggregates in diameters of 1.5″ and 3/4″ with variable thicknesses, vibro-compacted and leveled. The final layer of VERDECRETO permeable flooring is poured onto these bases, covered with plastic for 5 days to prevent rapid dehydration, cold joints are cut and the final finishing dye is applied.
