La Herradura

The house is located in a country subdivision that borders the golf course, from which the views of its main spaces have been taken. The architectural solution was proposed on two levels, the scheme is clearly defined starting from the main hall from which the two areas of the house are separated. The public area has a large space that contains the living room and dining room, divided by a volume that contains the staircase, both with views of the main garden and the golf course. The private area has a TV room, a study and through a hallway you can access the three bedrooms with views of the main garden and the golf course.
